Explores major tenet of all faith traditions – love your neighbor as yourself/do unto others as you would have done unto you – and its predication on loving ourselves well. Self-compassion is at the root of true empathy, believing ourselves worthy and seeing others as inherently worthy. Teaches core elements of self-compassion and empathy, values recognition, and ways to build resilience to the things that may pull us away from our values and out of our integrity.
